POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development,
implementation, and updating of training programs. Ensures that
employee functions are performed in accordance with established Credit
Union policies, procedures, and regulations. Develops new training
programs and conducts training sessions to meet current needs.

• Foster a positive environment through delivery of exceptional
member experiences
• Provides training to all Branches and Contact Center staff to
ensure proficient performance of job duties
• Assist additional departments as needed to provide training
• Provide employee onboarding, Credit Union culture/ Brand Awareness
for all new hires
• Review and update training program, manual and materials on a
regular basis to ensure the most efficient training is delivered
• Review and update operational policies and procedures
• Participates in needs analysis studies to determine training needs
within the organization
• Develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration
models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works
• Performs trainee tests to measure progress and to evaluate
effectiveness of training
• Generate progress reports of employees during training periods
• Routinely visit branches to asses needs and provide on the spot training
• Keeps management informed of area activities, training concerns,
and of any significant problems
• Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of formal
training and experience
• Additional business knowledge helpful
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
• Thorough knowledge of credit union procedures, products, services,
and policies
• Familiarity with differences in branch functions
• Understanding of training and development processes
• Strong presentation skills
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least 2 years of Financial Institution or training experience

• Supervisory and training abilities
• Professional appearance, dress and attitude

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Standard office conditions
• Low to moderate noise
