Starting Annual Salary $69,490- $104,235 based on experience.

Experience and Skills


Responsible for identifying, managing, and communicating global credit risks represented in the company’s loan portfolio. Applies knowledge of credit risks to optimize credit product performance to help fuel growth and protect the bank from losses. Identifies, analyzes, develops, and assists in the implementation of process improvement solutions to enable better member and employee experiences.


  • Develops statistical models that estimate current and future credit risks.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor existing portfolio, present findings, and assist in implementing strategies to improve performance.
  • Work independently to examine the level of risk within the bank’s portfolio.
  • Provides analytical support of loan product design and structure.
  • Perform analysis on historical and projected credit risks.
  • Coordinates and performs analysis for credit risk based on specific loan type limits and targets to determine institutional tolerance.
  • Make recommendations to Portfolio Manager on successes and concerns of credit risks.
  • Ensure that all necessary reports are prepared, maintained, and monitored on a regular basis, and provide any additional reports or analysis as requested.
  • Understand and implement required decisions to increase/decrease business relationships based on profitability, delinquencies, charge offs…etc.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, including Finance, Accounting, Lending, Operations, Senior Executives, and other groups as necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Trains new analysts and associate analysts
  • Completes other duties and additional Adhoc requests as necessary
  • Flexible schedule allowing for office and remote work environment
  • Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.


  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent combination of experience and education required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in Credit, Financial Analysis, Statistical Modeling/ Forecasting, Banking or other directly related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
