    This position will support the Mortgage Sales Staff by implementing integrated marketing strategies that support organizational mortgage growth goals and that are aligned with marketing and brand strategy. Responsible for generating leads, new business, and driving mortgage brand awareness through innovative marketing ideas, social media/blog posts, customer relationship management, and content/promotional design. The ideal candidate should have an aptitude for writing as well as a background in content creation and design.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Implement integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with Mortgage Sales Manager and VP Marketing that support organizational mortgage growth goals and that align with organizational marketing and brand strategy
    • Execute marketing communications to drive awareness and generate leads, including advertising, digital marketing, email marketing, and social media
    • Support effective and consistent messaging across website and all collateral
    • Produce mortgage marketing reporting, internal communications, advise and propose marketing efforts and dollars based on results, projections, and desired outcomes
    • Day-to-day management and development of CRM system
    • Use CRM system and other tools to execute mortgage marketing programs and report on results
    • Design/Create and curate content of mortgage marketing materials (promos, pamphlets, flyers, stickers, Realtor collateral, etc.)
    • Curate Social Media/Blog Posts Weekly for Mortgage Loan Officers
      • Develop content for dissemination via social media, websites and other distribution channels
      • Design digital collateral – including web page banners, email images, and digital advertisements
      • Create and send Thank You Cards
      • Research and attend mortgage related community, enterprise, and branch events (company sponsored events)
      • Participate in both marketing and mortgage sales team meetings to ensure strategic alignment of both the execution of marketing strategies and the associated budget
      • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

     

    Knowledge, experience and Skill Requirements:

    Required

    • BA/BS in Marketing, Journalism, English or related field
    • 2 - 3 years previous experience
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Attention to detail and strong customer service focus
    • Experience with print and digital content preparation – including but not limited to, general print collateral, advertisements, web ads, website collateral, etc.
    • Experience in design software: ex: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Sketch

    Preferred

    • Fluent in English and Spanish
    • Proficient on a Windows based platform
    • Motion graphics and/or video skills

    • Standard office conditions
