Responsible for support and development of Credit Union
applications, including Symitar Episys and creation of PowerOn
programs to assist staff with performance of job duties and ensure

Consult with users to determine software or system functional specifications
Maintenance, upgrades and patching of credit union applications
to ensure latest and stable code levels
Monitor status of core business systems supporting credit union
operations. Identify and diagnose problems, and coordinate
resolution. Define, document, and initiate corrective action.
Follow up on problem resolution and report on status.
Promptly resolve end-user issues relating to business
applications and provide secondary support on all business
Provide knowledgeable support for staff on Symitar system and

2 to 5 years experience with a Credit Union Core Processing
Experience with Symitar preferred
Previous exposure to programming concepts or web-coding desired
