The Help Desk Support position is responsible for maintaining, configuring, installing, and troubleshooting company owned hardware and software systems. Provides IT related customer service and technical support to all users company-wide.
Troubleshoots computer hardware that will include the installation, repair, and upgrade of PC’s and network hardware within the organization. Including but not limited to printers, phones, and other forms of electronic communication.
Troubleshoots software; installation, repair, and upgrade of software within the organization including but not limited to software applications and business suites, operating systems, drivers, and utilities
Responds to assigned Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
Educate end user when repairing their PC’s
Participates in the on-call rotation for the Credit Union
Actively supports the Company’s commitment to safety and its "Core Values"
Perform other duties as assigned
VMware and virtualized environments
PC hardware, network printers, and phone systems
Microsoft desktop operating systems, Microsoft desktop to network connection, and Microsoft Office products
